Community Alternatives Program for Mentally Retarded/Developmentally
Disabled Individuals (CAP/MR-DD) Program is designed to give persons with
mental retardation and developmental disabilities a cost-effective
alternative to care in an intermediate care facility for persons with mental
retardation (ICF-MR).
